We currently do not book exclusively through an agency. Although we'll take an agency job from time to time (and have nothing personal against agents or talent agencies), PrimeTime usually books itself and acts as its own representative. Basically, this means that you will always deal directly with the band members, rather than through a middle man, broker, or agent.

The band charges $900 for a three hour engagement in the Fort Wayne, IN area. Additional sets are $250.00 for each additional 45 minute set. If you would like us to perform for your cocktail hour (in addition to the band's regular three hours), the rate is $150.00 for each additional hour.
In between the band's sets we will play MP3 song files to ensure continuous entertainment throughout the event. If there is a song you want to hear that is NOT on the songlist, we would be happy to play it for you during one of the band's breaks. There is no additional charge for this service.
In order to hold the date for you we require that a non-refundable $300 retainer be sent along with a signed contract. The remaining balance isn't due until the day of the function.
We arrive for setup one hour prior to the scheduled start of the performance. If you need us to arrive earlier we charge $60.00 per half hour for an early setup.
That's it! There are no other "hidden" charges or fees. PrimeTime accepts both cash and personal checks.

PrimeTime uses a written agreement for each performance we book. This serves to protect us as well as you, the client. The agreement spells out in detail the who, what, when, where, and how much for each performance. It assures that you'll have complete control over the volume level of the band, and spells out any special terms or considerations made with the band such as early arrival, special songs to learn, or other unique considerations that must be met.
While the agreement is fairly straightforward, we will be more than happy to discuss any specific provisions of the contract with you. Amendments and addendums to the contract are always considered. PrimeTime's primary goal is to make your event enjoyable and worry free!
